Born of Osiris have entered the studio and begun work on their untitled fifth album. This is the followup to 2013’s Tomorrow We Die ∆live. The above picture was taken from their Facebook page and included the caption, “Day one, drums. Album 5.” Short, sweet and to the point. Now, follow after the jump for some thoughts and hopes in regards to this new album.
I’m not going to say that Tomorrow We Die ∆live was garbage, but it was pretty forgettable overall. The synth lines were the only thing that seemed to stand out at all, but damn, they were really great. That seems to be the one area the band stepped up to the plate in. Hopefully, the band kicks it into high gear on this release, bringing in some throwbacks to A Higher Place and The Discovery.
