As of yesterday, it’s exactly a month until Immortal, the debut album from Sacramento based death metallers Alterbeast, drops into existence and the band have taken the chance to unleash a brand new track from the record, entitled ‘Vile Remnants‘.
Expect cold and calculated Black Dahlia Murder-esque riffs and a fair smattering of technicality, culminating in a five minute abomination that twists and turns through idea after idea and aims directly for the throat. The carnage is available to witness here, at Decibel.
Immortal will be available from the 18th of March through the forever brilliant Unique Leader Records.
