Singapore grindcore sensations Wormrot have been toiling away on what I assume is their third full-length record, and have been sneaking new tracks into their live sets for a while now. Unless it has just taken the trio a while to get around to uploading the footage, the group have recently taken to the studio to record the new album. The update, posted via the group’s Facebook, shares a sampling of the new material as its being recorded. Check out the two minute teaser (which is basically the bulk of three entire songs!) below.

Killer riffs so far, and the guitar tone sounds massive! And as if there were any doubt, the band also commented, “we’re definitely not dead!” Hopefully we get a new full-length later this year!
