Grunge legends Alice in Chains are hitting the road once again this summer, continuing their support for 2013’s The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here.
All pre-sale tickets will benefit a fund to honor the memory of a young boy named Stefan Dayne-Ankle who lost a battle with Leukemia recently.
A word from the band about the tour itself and regarding the fundraiser.
We’re excited to announce that we’ll be heading out this summer for a four-week tour across the U.S. We felt an urge to hit the road and have some fun playing for all of you since the majority of our year will be dedicated to writing and recording. All of the dates are below. Pre-sales begin on 3/10.
The pre-sale for this tour will be a little different from past tours. Thanks to the great people at WMRQ in Hartford, CT, we became close with a young man named Stefan Dayne-Ankle, who sadly last week lost a courageous battle with Leukemia. To honor Stefan, and to give him the memorial he deserves, we’re donating $2 from every pre-sold ticket on this tour to his family.
