The ever-revolving door of musicians that have been involved in The Faceless makes another rotation as they announce that they have parted ways with guitarist Wes Hauch. The news comes nearly a month after it was announced that Hauch has joined North Carolina de-facto supergroup, Glass Casket (Between the Buried and Me, Wretched).
The band states:
“THE FACELESS have officially parted ways with Wes. Things were moving in different directions and it seems that this is best for everyone. We wish him the best of luck and we know he’s going to continue to do great things in music. Please keep supporting Wes in everything he does. We definitely will.
Not much else is known in regards to the hows or whys, but the silver lining here is that we hopefully won’t have to wait another four years between records. No word yet on a replacement, but hopefully band leader Michael Keene can finally find a lineup with some more stability.– JR
