Hot on the heels of covering them in my first post of the year, I now have the pleasure, along with the rest of the filthy miscreants of Heavy Blog, of premiering a brand new, burly and brutal track from Scotland’s very own Revolve. Employing battering stomps and cracked whip riff shifts, we have these boisterous young Scots to thank for the cut and stab of “Dragged Into Extinction”. Anyone with a little salt’n’pepper in their hair will remember when everyone and their cousin tried to write riffs as sharp as this, so if you ever enjoyed the finest early wave metalcore, try it out. Prepare your anus.
