Soulfly have been hard at work on their upcoming tenth album, Archangel, which is slotted for an August 14th release on Nuclear Blast Records. It’s pretty hard to believe that Soulfly have already been around long enough to put out ten records, but they’re just as ready to go as ever! The band just announced yesterday that they’ll be heading all across North America this fall and will be bringing Sweden’s Soilwork, Poland’s Decapitated and Texas’ Shattered Sun along for the run. Talk about a diverse linup! Check out the dates below:

Sure, “We Sold Ourselves to Metal” is a pretty goofy name for a tour package, but you’ve got to love lineups that aren’t four of the exact same band. Soulfly’s own Max Cavalera said that “I personally am a fan of all these bands and it’s an honor to have them touring with us! See you in the pit!” You best obey his commands. The man’s somewhat of a metal legend.
