Japanese avant-garde black metal masters Sigh have finally finished working on their tenth album, titled Graveward. They’ve announced some exciting guests and more as well. And we’ve got a new song as well. Check it out after the jump.
Well, the album is titled Graveward, that’s that. They’ve described it as an homage to old Italian zombie movies and King Diamond, which already sounds pretty interesting. They’ve got Matt Heafy from Trivium, who is both a huge fan of Sigh and black metal in general in some sort of guest capacity. They’ve also got Dragonforce bassist Frederic Leclerq. And finally, Niklas Kvarforth of Shining (SWE). They haven’t announced a release date, but it’s going to be in 2015, and they’ve said that they’re also working on a new music video. They released a song titled “Out of the Grave” on a Candlelight Records promo, and that will be on Graveward as well. The song is below, and speaking of record labels, the album’s first print vinyl will be handled by Blood Music! We’ll keep you posted when there’s more info.
