Swedish power/speed legends Europe are setting to invade the United States (what else is new? huhuhu) with the release of their tenth studio album, War of Kings, due out on March 10th, 2015.

In conjunction with the upcoming album release, the band will ship off on the Monsters of Rock cruise on April 18th from Miami, FL, and cruise to Poseidon’s Grotto/Nassau, Bahamas, docking back in Miami on April 22nd. In addition to Europe, the cruise features performances from Tesla, Night Ranger, Lita Ford, and more. It’s like you time traveled back to the 80s. And it’s glorious.

Once the seafaring adventure is done, Europe will be making stops at eight major cities across the US, with select dates featuring Black Star Riders [listen], a band comprised of several members of Thin Lizzy who decided to forgo the name.

Tour dates are as follow:

4/18 – 4/22 – Miami, FL @ Monsters of Rock Cruise
4/24 – Milwaukee, WI @ Potowatomi Casino
4/25 – Cleveland, OH @ House of Blues
4/26 – Indianapolis, IN @ The Vogue
4/28 – Chicago, IL @ House of Blues – w/ Black Star Riders
4/30 – New York, NY @ Irving Plaza – w/ Black Star Riders
5/1 – Niagara Falls, NY @ The Bears Den – w/ Black Star Riders
5/2 – Columbia, MD @ Merriweather Post Pavilion – M3 Rock Festival
5/3 – Uncasville, CT @ Mohegan Sun

The band released the title track from the forthcoming album not long ago, and it’s available for you to preview below.

The album can be preordered still, or you can try your hand at winning a War of Kings box set (album, shirt, bonus DVD, stickers, postcards) from both Ultimate Classic Rock or Brave Words.

War of Kings is out on March 10, 2015 in the United States via Hell & Back Recordings.
