Not content with putting on one of the most exciting lineups of underground metal ever seen in the UK, Temples Festival have now sneaked out some fresh information regarding one of the most prestigious names in their line up, as well as named the third night headliner, news worthy in its own right. One of the most established names in grind will also now be playing two completely different sets on different days. Curious who we’re talking about? Get the big reveal after the jump.
The irrefutable legends Pig Destroyer appeared on the update lineup on both the Friday and Saturday of the weekend. The band and Temples both revealed it was not an error, now the band will play two unique sets over the weekend, giving many the chance to make sure they won’t have to worry about missing the band on the Friday when the main stage features the Deathwish army en masse. They weren’t finished there however, with drone titans Earth will be headlining the Sunday of the event, bringing even more class to an already outstanding presentation of heavy music.
The full line up has been boosted by yet more names that will ring a bell – the much loved Pallbearer will be making an appearance on a day as yet unnamed. Check the official Temples page and their Facebook on Friday for yet another update or catch the news again here, with your favourite purveyor of all things nasty, at Heavy.
