Frankie Palmeri, shown above displaying the peace sign with a fan by the name of Garrett Sommers, is endorsing worldwide peace in the name of edginess and breakdowns.
“I used to be really angry at my dad,” said Palmeri. “I still am, but I used to be, too. But it’s more important that all that anger and hatred gets channeled into something positive, like really angry lyrics that don’t hurt anybody and breakdowns that are so heavy they crush all those shitty feelings into compartments that you can easily access for use during mosh pits, you know?”
“I don’t know anything about writing breakdowns or whatever,” added Palmeri, “but I do know a thing or two about yelling and I think we’d all be a little happier if we just yelled a little bit more.”
