Controversial technical death metal band Rings of Saturn have released a new video for a track titled “Senseless Massacre”, which is the first single from their upcoming album Lugal Ki En. Yes, the music sounds supremely edited, we get it. It’s part of their sound. But the song itself is actually cool, even though the video isn’t really. Guess what, there’s a lot of guitar weedles and chugs. Check it out after the jump.
The video is overly bright and very low budget, but the song itself is pretty cool if you’re already into the band’s sound. However it doesn’t do anything that would suddenly turn non-fans into fans. Still, those who do enjoy the band can get excited for Lugal Ki En‘s October 14th release on Unique Leader Records.
