A fully primed show with five glorious bands at Bada Brew of Crest Hill, IL this past Wednesday. Three-Piece, headliner Prong shows no signs of lag from the endless daily travels for the X (No Absolutes) Tour.

Bada Brew is as a small, tight venue, but still managed to support Prong’s known, powerful sound. Imagine the surprise when the band came to find out the show was filled with die-hard, longtime friends and dedicated Prong fans. A tight fit with no photo pit makes for a challenging shoot, but the kickback was unreal.
The legendary Tommy Victor was in top form that night, feeding from the crowd’s energy and wanting more. Backed by the stalwart rhythms of Jason Christopher on bass and backing vocals and Art Cruz on pounding on the drums, Victor never slowed down and was in direct contact with the crowd for the entire set. Bada Brew’s low ceiling made for few of Victor’s iconic mid-air scissor kicks, but Cruz still managed to toss his drumsticks around as any drummer worth their salt will do.

Prong is a must-see band, regardless of the venue—completely aggressive, dark, and tons of kick you can feel in your stomach. They never disappoint!
