Heavy Blog Is Heavy staff member Noyan Tokgozoglu’s solo progressive death metal project NYN has been in the works for a while now, with a concept album Eventuality looming on the horizon. The latest track to emanate from the recording and writing sessions is ‘Torrential Flames,’ which you can stream below. If you’re a fan of bands like Obscura and Atheist, this project should be to your liking.

This is one of the tracks which doesn’t (at least heavily) utilize the controversial custom nine-string guitar, but there’s still plenty of prog/tech goodness to make up for it! Keep your eyes open for NYN’s Eventuality later this year!
