Do you ever get the feeling like there’s just so much music and so much you want to do and write about but you just can’t because there’s not enough time but the world is amazing (I’ve been listening to too much And So I Watch You From Afar)? Well, sometimes good things slip through the cracks and that’s a damn shame. However, there’s always time to fix that and here we are now because the new Encircle album is not just good, it’s downright amazing.

Spearheaded by the multi-talented Anthony DiGiacomo, this one man project is much more than that. With guest spots by Hayato Imanishi (Cyclamen), Tre Watson (Carthage) and Jak Noble (Returning We Hear the Larks), this album gives you some of the best voices in modern metal today. All of this is coupled by the amazing instrumentation orchestrated by DiGiacomo and spans so many genres…you know what, just head on over the jump for your first listen.

As I was saying, this album spans so many genres and yet still maintains cohesion. Moments of post-rock, melodic death, jazz and much more blend amid the fantastic vocal spots. One must also draw attention to the production, with everything sitting beautifully in the mix (especially those drums). To top it all off, it’s Name Your Price! What the hell are you still doing here? Go get it right now.
