You may have already seen our reviews for the two discs of the Devin Townsend Project‘s excellent Z2, Sky Blue and Dark Matters, but what you may not have seen is the first webisode of our favorite 4th dimensional guitar hero’s very own show ZTV! The first of the three webisodes debuted through the brand new website for Z2. Prepare for assimilation after the jump!
As always, Devin’s offbeat sense of humor is present in the form of Ziltoid’s babbling and self-absorption, though it is in small doses throughout. Devin himself said that this episode is a bit more tame, due to the fact that it’s setting up the album’s story and the next two episodes, which become very over the top. I don’t think we, or Devin for that matter, would have it any other way.
