The Ocean - Pelagial

You know by now that The Ocean Collective are gearing up for the release of their latest album Pelagial. You must, I mean we haven’t stopped going on about it, with good reason of course. The latest teaser comes in the form of a new-ish track ‘Bathyalpelagic III: Discombobulated‘ which we’d previously only heard instrumentally when the band streamed the album sans vocals a couple of weeks ago over at Spin.

Naturally, it’s amazing, made only better by the inclusion of Loic’s vocals. The riffs churn and weave a rich tapestry throughout it’s 4 minute tenure and I can easily see why they chose this track to segue straight from ‘Bathyalpelagic II‘. Also, be sure to look out for the guest solo from Aussie native Mitch Hertz (The Bloody Kids) who you may also remember as the solo contributor on ‘Sewers Of The Soul‘ from Anthropocentric. April 26th cannot come quick enough at this rate.
