I was introduced to East Of The Wall by one of our writers about two years ago when they reviewed The Apologist and instantly fell in love with the album. Their combination of noisy sludge and post-metal is something that many metal fans can appreciate. However, after Hurricane Sandy completely destroyed most of the Northeast, there has been a major loss: the studio which the band recorded their last album in is no more. The storm completely wiped it out, and these things are always sad to hear.
But today Metalsucks debuted a demo version of a song that will be on their as-of-yet untitled fourth album, with a catch. Stream the track for free, or pay $3, get that plus an acoustic track, and the money raised will help go to the studio so it can be rebuilt in all of its former glory. The track is really sick, and is some of the heaviest stuff that they have done. So go check it out over at MetalSucks, and if you fancy, pay and help a good cause.
