TesseracT just can’t stop making waves in 2011. In case you need a refresher, they at long last released their debut album One to massive acclaim, especially around these parts where the album is still on heavy rotation for several of our writers, myself included. On top of that, vocalist Dan Tompkins left the group and Elliot Coleman of Sky Eats Airplane was subsequently recruited. Massive butthurt was to follow.

Now they’re working on a new video for their track “Eden,” which has been re-recorded with new vocalist Elliot Coleman. The video isn’t your run of the mill performance shot either; as we mentioned a few weeks agoGanesh Rao has been tapped to direct it, and judging by the above behind-the-scenes video, it’s going to be pretty neat. You can even hear some of the instrumental re-working, which is great! The video should be out soon enough.

Also, starting this month Tesseract will be joining Between the Buried and Me and Animals as Leaders on the Saints and Sinners tour across North America. Check out the dates here.
