Tommy Rogers of Between The Buried And Me‘s new solo album Pulse is officially critically acclaimed by those relevant to the metal scene despite not even being a metal record, so it’s safe to say that Thomas Giles has been a hit so far! So naturally, there has been a bit of a demand for a live show, and Tommy is about to deliver in five lucky cities. He will apparently be performing with a hand-picked live band, the members of which have not yet been named.

Support for the tour comes in the way of Cave In frontman Stephen Brodsky and Braveyoung. Here are the tour dates:

Mar. 30 – Charlotte, NC – Casbah @ Tremont Music Hall
Mar. 31 – Norfolk, VA – Jewish Mother
Apr. 01 – Philadelphia, PA – North Star Bar
Apr. 02 – New York, NY – Santos Party House
Apr. 03 – Providence, RI – The Met

It’s not much, but it’s nice that Tommy is able to test the waters for his solo project. Hopefully there’s enough turnout and success for this tour to allow him to do another solo tour again in the future. However, I can only imagine that the BTBAM/JFAC/The Ocean tour picks up immediately following this one, so it looks as if this is going to be it for now.

Thomas Giles’ Pulse is out now on Metalblade. Check out our review and give it a listen!
