For any of you who have read Alan Moore’s sublime Watchmen, Palehorse might be a name that’s ringing some bells as the band playing Madison Square Garden in New York the night of the…well, I won’t ruin it for those who haven’t read it, but you know what I mean. Now, obviously a band that could sell out MSG – albeit a fictional one – would be pretty popular and accessible, right?
Not this version. Not a rocked butt in sight. This Palehorse, as the below video will soon show you, have about as much mainstream appeal as the maggot-ridden bird carcass at 0:21 seconds – but that’s quite alright for our purposes. We like it different.
