It’s been 2 years since the last tour, and this one is looking to be worth the wait.  Glenn Danzig recently announced the return of the Blackest of the Black tour.  Along with Danzig, which is featuring Tommy Victor (Prong, Ministry) on guitar, Steve Zing (Samhain) on bass and Bevan Davies (Danzig) on drums, they will be accompanied by legendary Bay Area thrashers Possessed and Swedish black metal pioneers Marduk.  Both bands are making their long awaited return to U.S. soil, and this will no doubt bring a lot of fans to these shows. Toxic Holocaust and Withered will also be coming along for the ride and will round out the lineup.

This is looking to be one of the best tours of 2010.  Shame it’s not coming anywhere near me, unless I make the trek to Buffalo.  But for those of you that live close to any of the venus listed below, this is a tour not to be missed.  Unless you don’t care for any of these bands, which in that case, I’m sorry to hear that.  The tour kicks off on October 25th in Albuquerque, NM.
