I keep a short mental list of metalcore bands that are worth my time. There’s about a handful of them, and if you’ve been around the site much, you should get an idea of what that list looks like. One band that’s on my list that doesn’t get much in the way of recognition so far here on Heavy Blog is August Burns Red, but that’s mostly because I haven’t seen much about them in the news worth mentioning as of late, despite the fact that their 2009 album Constellations was a pretty damn good.

However, this past weekend, they’ve released a music video for their song “White Washed” from that same album. It’s not too special, in that it’s a performance video. But still, the song’s pretty sweet as far as metalcore goes.

In other ABR news, the band plans on filming an upcoming June 4th show at Warehouse 54 in Manheim, Pennsylvania for DVD release. That should be something totally worth checking out!

If you care, August Burns Red’s album Constellations is out now on Solid State Records. I’d recommend giving it a listen. After the jump, their song “Indonesia,” which features Between The Buried And Me‘s Tommy Rogers doing guest vocals.
