Rosetta are one of our favorite post-metal ensembles. In spite of the fact that they are a well established act, they managed to blow our minds with their last release, The Anaesthete. Blending the emotional approach of post-metal with an unyielding dedication to being heavy, Rosetta have a sound that is both melancholy and pissed off. Today, they released a teaser video for their upcoming EP, including a sneak peak at the artwork. Check it out after the jump!
The first thing that’s obvious right from the first few seconds of music is that this is going to be heavy. The bass and guitars are simply massive and the vocals are their usually brilliant self. This EP kind of caught us off guard but it sees release on the 14th of October and you can bet your ass that we’ll be on it once it does. Stay tuned!
