The Melvins are coming back strong!  They’ve just announced their new album, Hold It In, and have also confirmed a tour across North America.

Hold It In will be released via Mike Patton‘s Ipecac Records later this year in October and will mark the first studio album as a quartet since their 2010 endeavor The Bride Screams Murder.

Joining Buzz Osborne and Dale Crover for the 12-song record are Butthole Surfers‘ guitarist  Paul Leary and bassist JD Pinkus.

All four gentlemen will be supporting the record with a tour at the following stops:
