According to The PRP, Norma Jean have finished recording their as of yet untitled new album with Jeremy Griffith, who is also producing the effort.
There’s not much I know about the new album, but I do know that a song called “Kill More Presidents” is going to be somewhere on there. Here’s a demo version that they released not too long ago.
The song sounds heavier than their last album Norma Jean vs The Anti-Mother. Maybe the album will be more like Redeemer? Either way, it doesn’t look like we’ll be getting a return to their chaotic hardcore roots any time soon. Bummer.
The album should be out this summer on Razor & Tie records.

It’s very Norma Jean. Funnily enough. I think I like them less as time goes on, but not even in a disliking sort of way. There’s just not much interesting any more.
